Getting started with Liquid for Developers
This course introduces you to Liquid for theme development work.
This course is an introduction to Liquid, Shopify’s templating language for themes - a must-know tool for every theme developer in the Shopify ecosystem.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- Use Liquid (as a templating language) to author HTML/CSS/JS in Shopify themes
- Apply the syntactic fundamentals of Liquid (objects, tags, and filters) as well as the language basics (how to implement loops and logic)
- Navigate the theme development workflow, from creating a development store to exploring theme code via the CLI and analyzing Liquid code
