About this learning path

In these four courses, you’ll learn about Shopify’s headless framework, tooling, and hosting options, including how to create essential ecommerce pages, best practices for storefront optimization, and how to enhance the shopping experience using the Storefront API. By the end of this learning path, you'll be prepared to create an engaging, high-performing website that meets the needs of customers and their business.

Requirements
There are no prerequisites for the Headless at Shopify for Developers learning path.

We recommend having a working knowledge of React, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Node.js, consuming APIs using GraphQL, frontend and backend logic, clean and reusable coding (modular), frontend experience, web-based user interface knowledge, API architecture knowledge, GitHub and GitHub Actions experience.

Assessment details

  • The assessment consists of 40 scored questions and will take approximately 60 minutes to complete. There is no time limit for the assessment.
  • A score of 80% will earn a Shopify Verified Skill badge shareable via Credly.
  • Assessments may contain up to 10 additional unscored questions that do not impact your results. These are inserted randomly into the assessment to gather data for future testing.
  • Badges are valid for two years from the date of successful completion.
